We declare that the personal data collected through video surveillance will be used solely for legal purposes such as property protection, ensuring security, safety and order, protecting public health, and preventing thefts and other abuses.

Processing Period:

Data processed through video surveillance is stored for up to 60 days in accordance with the Private Security Activities Act. Generally, this processing is limited to real-time monitoring of the secured areas and storing the respective recordings.

General Data Retention Period:

• Personal data of clients are stored for up to 5 years from the conclusion of the respective contract with the client, considering the statute of limitations for any claims arising from the contract.
• Personal data of job candidates not approved for appointment are stored for the period specified by the applicable data protection regulations, from the conclusion of the procedure, after which they are returned to the individual or destroyed. Personal data may be stored for a longer period to make job offers only with the candidate’s written consent.
• Personal data of employees are stored according to Bulgarian legislation until the expiration of the specified periods after the termination of the employment relationship.
• Video surveillance recordings are stored for up to 60 days according to the Private Security Activities Act. Personal data collected through video surveillance will be used solely for lawful purposes such as property protection, ensuring security, safety and order in commercial establishments, protecting public health in food trade, and preventing thefts and other abuses.
• Personal data contained in accounting documents are stored according to the periods specified in the Accounting Act.

We will process your personal data by taking necessary and sufficient technical and organizational measures for their protection. Among other things, we have implemented necessary internal policies and measures to protect your personal data at the design stage; responsible data officers are well-informed about the requirements for protecting your personal data; the processing of your personal data is minimized to the necessary extent for achieving the respective purposes; we have implemented necessary security measures such as security guards, restricted access, security systems, etc.; we have implemented measures to ensure ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability, and resilience of processing systems and services, as well as measures to promptly restore the availability and access to personal data in the event of a physical or technical incident; an internal process has been established for regular testing, assessing, and evaluating the effectiveness of technical and organizational measures to ensure processing security; a procedure for storing and destroying data has been developed.
